Cybernetics in Management

Article Abstract:

Cybernetics, the theory of control of process, is starting to be used in management and human behavior. Human management had never been understood by any science until cybernetics models were used in solving human problems within an organization. Recently, cybernetics models, based on mechanistic and biological ideas have been applied with good results to understanding human reactions to everyday occurrences and events. The graph of a learning curve is shown.
