Juan Beckmann Vidal heads the 200-year old family-owned La Rojena Distillery, maker of the world-renowned Jose Cuervo Tequila. Tequila, which comes from cultivated blue agave plants, is distilled and processed with great care and patience. Recipes for tequila drinks are included.

Leslie Caron: actress and innkeeper
