Claudio Ponzio of Harry's Bar, Venice

Claudio Ponzio has been the bartender at Harry's Bar in Venice, Italy since 1969. The bar is internationally acclaimed for its drinks and hospitality, for which he is largely responsible. It is the upscale haunt of local and international personalities who go there for excellent service and cocktails.
