Figs, which have been known since ancient times, are fruits of the autumn season and be used in a variety of dishes. Recipes which use figs include pork cutlets with figs and balsamic vinegar, fig and raspberry galette, spiced fig preserves and crostini with gorgonzola and figs.

Beet generation
