The 1995 Zaca Mesa Z Cuvee, a youthful and full-flavored wine, would go along well with barbecued turkey with maple and mustard glaze. Pear and walnut cake would become more delicious when served along with a frothy Moscato-style sparkler such as Gallos Ballatore or an Asti by Banfi.
