Polenta recipes include salted cod puree on lemon polenta nera, polenta with mushrooms and onions, braised guinea hen with polenta, braised endive and gorgonzola with polenta, polenta taragna alla Valtellinese, polenta with eggplant and smoked mozzarella, and sausage and chicken livers with polenta.

Polenta
