Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Fenger, chefs and co-owners of restaurants in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, co-hosts of the Top hot Tamales and Tamales World Tour cooking series on televisions, radio show hosts, and co-authors of five cookbooks aim to bring Latin food to the US and make it a big success. Their recipe for Spicy Shellfish and Sausage Stew is presented.
