The wild side of France

Article Abstract:

Chefs at restaurants near the Cevennes National Park in southern France use the simple produce from the region to create their dishes. Recipes from restaurants are presented, including recipes for fried asparagus and mixed green salad, salmon with bacon and lentils, and mashed potatoes with cheese.
