Toast of the town

Article Abstract:

In the heart of Manhattan one can get the feel of a country menu inspired by an Irish manor and the dishes featured can only make one ask for more. One can get a feast for St. Patrick's day by whipping a combination of horseradish and Cheddar with boiled potatoes and cabbage but the other recipes, like the potted crab and Irish brown bread that are featured really give an Irish twist to the dinner.
