Matt Kelley has started 'Mavin' magazine to reach out to young, mixed-race children. This demographic group in the US alone is composed of roughly more than 3 million people. Kelley has managed to publish two issues and hopes to generate positive ad revenues and newsstand to keep his magazine going.
