Car designing takes two basic steps, research and development. In the research stage, the auto maker decides what kind of car to build. In development stage a car is tested before it is manufactured. Two design schools offering industrial design are profiled.

Wilderness wonders

Article Abstract:

Boy Scouts of America Troop 203 of Wesley Chapel, FL, hiked the Florida National Scenic Trail. The scouts were greeted by a wide variety of wilderness creatures such as a white-tailed deer, snakes, alligators and eagles.

The growing of green cars: autos friendly to the earth take root

Automobile companies are developing cars that burn less fuel or that burn cleaner fuels. Building cars that run on electricity is another way that manufacturers will comply with zero-emission standards.
