Decision on an angry sea: the only one close enough to help his friend, Pete Goss would have to go back into the face of the storm

Article Abstract:

Goss decided to risk his life to save fellow sailor Dinelli whom he got to know during the race through the radio. His yacht was the only one closest to Dinelli. He went back 160 nautical miles into the face of the storm. Through the guidance of rescue planes, both men survived.

Democracy is not enough; what happens after the elections is important too

Democracy means more than just having free and fair elections. To be truly liberal and constitutional, democracy must ensure that citizens shall enjoy their basic rights of free speech, religion, assembly and property, even way after the elections are over.
