Hollywood seems to have evolved into an industry where entertainment is coated with sex and explicit violence. However, apologists of the industry cultivate the lies that movies and television are not aimed at influencing anybody, are just a mirror of social truths and are available only to those who want them.

Hollywood nowadays promotes less positive values with the profusion of sex, brutality and obscenity in movies and television. The public is finding it increasingly offensive and is taking steps to stop the motion picture industry from being further degenerative to its audience.

Foul language and violence are common ingredients in Hollywood movies today. Movie remakes of old films are replete with swear words and shocking visuals. Audiences have started to complain and claim their right to better films.
