A man decided to travel Pakistan and Afghanistan to see how easy it was to obtain a surface-to-air missile (Stinger). The Stinger is in the hands of many terrorists and dissident groups so he felt he should be able to obtain one for the right money. However, mistrust of Americans eventually foiled his plan.
