Moscow's noble ruins

Article Abstract:

Lack of funds and red tape have prevented the renovation of the buildings in Moscow's historic center. Private ownership of landmark structures is not allowed. Some organizations are not exercising rights to restore buildings in the hope that they can be replaced by more profitable modern structures.

A new breed of naturalists called Cell Phone Naturalists are a considered a combination of technologists, capitalists and environmentalists. These new naturalists consider all life as an ecosystem and they use pastoral terms to describe human institutions.
