High cholesterol levels should be avoided by heart-attack survivors to lessen chances of a recurrence. A study revealed that those with low levels of high-density lipoprotein are probable heart attack or cardiac death victims.

Medical research has revealed more good news concerning heart disease. One is that Vitamin E reduces the risks of heart attacks. The other is that sexual intercourse does not increase the risk of suffering a heart attack.

Make use of your anger

Article Abstract:

Expressing one's anger and keeping it bottled up inside both seem to increase the chance of suffering a heart attack. Medical research shows that channeling and diverting one's anger may be the best solution.
