Pacific cyclone!

Article Abstract:

Sailors roaming the waters of New Zealand were caught unaware by a Pacific cyclone in Jun 1994. The sudden fury of rain and wind damaged their boats considerably and threatened their lives. Fortunately, many were able to survive the storm.

Pacific cyclone!

Article Abstract:

Three sailboats were en route from New Zealand to the island of Tonga when they were caught in a strong Pacific cyclone. A narrative of perseverance, courage and rescue is presented.
