Real-estate broker from Hell

Article Abstract:

Issues concerning the ethics of real-estate broker Thomas E. Chapman are discussed. Chapman and his investors have made millions of dollars by proceeding with real estate development on land adjacent to or inside federally-protected land, such as National Parks, until the land is purchased by the Government for a high price.

Enterprising women

Article Abstract:

Women-owned businesses are being opened twice the rate of male-owned businesses. This phenomena is credited to women's growing corporate experience. Other reasons include layoffs and women's need for greater work flexibility.
