Squirrel that slept in a shoe

A family shared pleasant memories of the old shoe where a baby squirrel they adopted hibernated. They also pondered on how the tiny animal brought happiness to their home even just for a time only; afterwhich, they set it free to build its own family.

Our cow named Tiger Lily

Article Abstract:

People can get emotionally attached to animals. Even heifers can make their owners sympathize with them when they lose their calves. Tiger Lily was one such heifer. Her owner treated her as if she was a human being.
