Talent show! Women celebrate their strengths

Eight women, who are all in their 30s, reveal what they feel are their personal strengths that have somehow contributed to their being a better person today. These strengths include a deep, powerful voice that commands respect, a newly discovered musical talent, and a skill in cooking for a big crowd.

The joy of venting: how getting angry gets better with age

Women talk about the pleasures of venting their anger. One woman, for instance, says that expressing anger does not destroy friendships but keeps them on track. Another believes that being hot tempered is no worse than other faults such as laziness or tardiness.
