Chang found the courage to expose one of history's most savage crimes in her 1997 book 'The Rape of Nanking,' where she tells of the rape and massacre of Nanking, China, residents by the Japanese in Dec 1937 and early 1938. The bestselling book sparked political and intellectual action across the Pacific and was instrumental in making the world remember what happened in Nanking.

Users of electric cars are upscale consumers with two or more cars, and have stated their decision not to buy electric cars as a primary or secondary means of transportation.
