Mexico and drugs

Article Abstract:

The drugs trade acts as a substantial barrier to mutually beneficial trading links between California and Mexico. Nevertheless, California Democratic Senator Dianne Feinstein has been very critical of the administration's positive assessment of Mexico's anti-drugs efforts.
