Barbara Boxer

Article Abstract:

Barbara Boxer has been much quieter and less boisterous in the Senate than she was in the House of Representatives. She has been careful not to compete with the more popular Diane Feinstein for the spotlight, instead working behind the scenes on economic recovery matters and a number of bills on offshore drilling, the dumping ill employees from health plans, and stalkers. She claims her views are the same, but the institution is different.
