Helping shape federal agencies to help shape the future

Article Abstract:

Long-range federal budget simulations from the U.S. General Accounting Office (GAO), show a large and growing imbalance in the nation's future. Federal agencies will need to become less hierarchical, process-oriented and self-absorbed, and become collaborative, results-oriented and extremely aware.
