Article Abstract:

Federal actions on global warming are being debated upon, but state governments, and even local, are pushing through with certain steps to address the concern with mandates and economic incentives. Among the actions being taken is reducing carbon dioxide and greenhouse gases emissions. Other specific state initiatives are discussed.
