Article Abstract:

When the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) was first established, its justification was competition with the Russians. From the program we have seen a revolution in microelectronics, major advances in laser technology, developments in microbiology, new materials and major advancements in aircraft and aircraft engines. Benefits from the space program that are anticipated include a space telescope that should tell us more about space and a computer that can 'think'.

Despite the large number of resumes applying for positions, many of the best people do not apply or are repulsed by the amount of bureaucratic fumbling involved. This method has been successful with government employees who want to determine their ability to communicate upward. This method will help determine an appropriate communication style if one is needed.
