Break through to 98 percent inventory record integrity in just 120 days

Article Abstract:

A strategy was presented on how to achieve an inventory integrity level of 95% to 98% in 120 days or less. The proposed strategy initially involves the establishment of a team that will create and implement the corrective action plan. It is followed by identification of control points such stockrooms and process areas. The strategy ends with measuring and publicizing the performance so as to stimulate improvement of the inventory integrity level.
