The details of the legal case between Tecsi v. Publix Super Markets, Inc. and pertaining to the charges framed by Lynda Tesci, a grocery store worker with Publix Super Markets Inc. against the company for not paying compensation after she suffered work related injuries due to repetitive trauma at work, are presented.
