Foreword

Article Abstract:

Mortality and morbidity, as a result of infectious diseases, has only escalated since the late 1990s. Among the leading causes of infectious death are respiratory tract infections, septicemia, and HIV/AIDS. Antibiotic therapy has decreased the mortality of infectious cardiovascular disease in untreated cases and mortality rates depend on the extend of the cardiovascular infection.
