How to create imagineering employees

Article Abstract:

Imagineering is critical to a company's survival and success. The effective application of imagineering results in employees who become assets of the organization. These employees take on more responsibilities and have more commitment to their job than other employees, show sensitivity and awareness on the status of the company and participate in finding solutions to problems in the company. However, the concept of imagineering has no impact without the support of management.
