Transforming your manufacturing organization into a learning organization

Article Abstract:

A manufacturing company can convert itself into a learning organization by first comprehending the immense competitive advantage that can be gained by such a transformation. Then, the organization must identify a chief training officer and provide him or her with enough authority to establish a corporate learning infrastructure. Next, the company must perform evaluations of all the organizational training needed to make sure that corporate goals are attained.
