Insurance company arbitrarily denied benefits to impaired worker

A legal case relating to Buffonge v. The Prudential Insurance Co. of America, Getronics Wang Co., is presented. The ruling was in favor of Thomas Buffonge, a worker with Getronics, who was denied disability benefits for recurring musculoskeletal pain.
