The health care reform package should include primary and preventive care and mental health benefits as well as payment of hospital and doctor bills, says Bill Gradison, president of the Health Insurance Assn of America. Also, employers should continue to deduct from taxes payment of standard health insurance benefits. Gradison believes managed care networks can work with health insurance industry participation.
