Ten ways to create a motivating learning environment

Article Abstract:

Trainers can increase the productivity of their training sessions by getting to know their students before beginning the program. They should also try to imitate the behavior of the best trainers they have encountered. In addition, trainers should make extensive use of training tools such as learning games and verbal encouragements to motivate students to learn. Moreover, they should carefully pace the training sessions to allow students to reenergize themselves.
