A better body in half the time: four workout plans that will build your muscles and your fitness

Article Abstract:

Four regimens are detailed that provide both aerobic exercise and strength-building for the upper and lower body. A bicycle workout with increasingly difficult intervals trains the lower body. A circuit workout consisting of pullups, squat walks, and other routines works the entire body.
