A deadly combination

Article Abstract:

Research into drug abuse by injection and the risks of contracting HIV have shown that the abuse of speed, also know as amphetamine sulphate, has increased dramatically, and injecting of the drug has also increased. Users of speed have been found not to consider themselves as drug-addicts, and to be younger, more active sexually, and more socially oriented than heroin-addicts. The behaviour of speed users is closely examined.

Article Abstract:

The Pentecostal Church advocates love and genuine care for AIDS victims, true to the teachings of the Bible and the Lord Jesus Christ. Driven by compassion and love for people with AIDS, the Church has endeavored to educate its own members about the HIV epidemic, to provide counseling through conferences, videos, literature and dialogues and to offer support to HIV patients, their families and friends.
