Article Abstract:

The tendons of the rotator cuffs are prone to wear and tear when subjected to repetitive motions such as throwing baseball pitches. Using free weights is less likely to injure the rotator cuffs than using weight machines. Other weight training tips include changing grips and being wary of pain.
