AIDS vaccine technology brief

Article Abstract:

Cel-Sci has undertaken to develop a preventive vaccine against AIDS to end the epidemic of HIV infection and AIDS, especially in developing countries. Dr Prem Sarin has been designated as the scientific head of the Cel-Sci team tasked with developing an AIDS vaccine. Sarin is equipped with the knowledge and training for the job, given his experience at private, academic and government institutions, such as Harvard and George Washington University, the National Institutes of Health and Merck, Sharp & Donne. He cites world politics as one of the roadblocks in moving vaccine development forward.
