Acrylamide-food link questions linger

Article Abstract:

A government report on foods containing acrylamide reveals that human exposure to acrylamide does not lead to adverse reproductive and development effects in the general population. But an expert panel report contradicts and reveals enough evidence is in to conclude that the low level of estimated human exposure to acrylamide derived from a variety of sources presents, negligible concern for adverse reproductive and development effects for exposure in the general population.
