Article Abstract:

Bodybuilding expert Douglas M. Crist stresses the importance of high-volume training in muscle development. Crist states that high-repetition workouts with 50% of maximum weight capacity will activate all muscle fibers. Crist also notes that growth hormones are released during lactic acid production.
