Article Abstract:

Most men following weight-training regimens, whether religiously or just to get in shape, often neglect important muscle areas. Back muscles and obliques are among the most neglected. Techniques for planning a balanced weight-training system are enumerated.

A year of fitness challenges begins with a running and weight-training program in January and ends with learning how to juggle in December. The months in between include weekly games of full-court basketball, swimming a mile, and cycling a metric century.
