Basket case: what's wrong with your favorite picnic foods - and what's better

Bodybuilders should complement their workouts with proper diet during summer. They should refrain from indulging in foods that are high in fat and calories such as barbecued hot dogs, fried chicken, macaroni salad, potato salad and ice cream. More healthful substitutes for these foods are recommended.

Bodybuilders must take note of the importance of breakfast and there are simple, fast and nutritious ways with which to prepare breakfast meals to supply the bodybuilding requirements. Some of the ingredients can be prepared beforehand and incorporated into the cooking as required.
