Beans: Make them diet regulars

Article Abstract:

Beans, which are a type of legume, are edible seeds of pods that grow on vines or bushes, and in addition to being high in protein, beans are a good source of folate, potassium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, and phytochemicals and this nutritional makeup explains why beans might help prevent chronic diseases such as cancer, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. The recipes for some of the bean used food good for health are presented.

Dialysis: need for artificial kidney treatment is increasing

Article Abstract:

Dialysis removes waste and fluid from the blood when the kidneys fail to properly perform this task. The two main types of dialysis are hemodialysis, which filters the blood through an artificial kidney machine, and peritoneal dialysis, which uses the peritoneal membrane to clean the blood.
