Birth of ill health

Article Abstract:

Research shows that women are suffering long-term health problems, such as chronic backache, after childbirth. The health problems receive little attention due to the high numbers of the population involved and the fact that many of the problems are unreported. The role of health visitors is being expanded to include women's health.
