Forced reps

Article Abstract:

Forced reps is the concept of working a muscle group to its fatigue point and asking assistance to do a few more repetitions of the high intensity exercise. This should be done only by advanced bodybuilders as this principle tries to further increase muscle definition.

Gary Styrdom developed his chest muscles by performing vertical bench press, dumbbell press and hammer incline press. Styrdom training routine is a combination of mass-building and muscle-isolation systems.
