Comparison of the effect of raloxifene and continuous-combined hormone therapy on mammographic breast density and breast tenderness in postmenopausal women

Article Abstract:

Research has been conducted on mammographic changes in breast density caused by hormone and raloxifenen therapies. The safety profiles of these therapies have been evaluated, and the results demonstrate that hormone therapy increases breast density, and raloxifene therapy does not.

Raloxifene does not influence flow-mediated endothelium-dependent and endothelium-independent vasodilation of osteopenic postmenopausal women

Article Abstract:

The authors discuss the effect of raloxifene on endothelium-dependent and endothelium-independent vasodilation in women. Results demonstrate that prolonged raloxifene administration has no effect on vasodilation in osteopenic but healthy postmenopausal women.
