Cornell University scientists face charges of fraud

Article Abstract:

Researchers at Cornell University in New York were accused of enrolling inappropriate participants in research studies and filing false information on protocols with the United States National Institutes of Health to maintain government funding for a university research center. Weill Medical College of Cornell University would pay $4.4 million to the federal government for settlement of the charges.

Baylor faculty upset over science and religion center

University of Arizona misconduct investigation ruled improper

An Arizona county court has ruled that the University of Arizona mishandled an investigation into scientific fraud allegedly perpetrated by one of its faculty members. The university fired the tenured professor on charges that she falsified and misrepresented data.
