Design safety program evaluations that truly measure outcomes

Article Abstract:

Safety and health professionals have become conscious of the safety and health practices that are being followed in their organizations. The need for a careful and appropriate measurement methods for an accurate evaluation of the costs and quality concerns of the program initiatives is highlighted. A few basic evaluation research designs are suggested.

Different types of injuries those occur to the employees on the work places are compared with the help of statistics provided by the National Safety Council, United States. The statistics reveals that the "back injuries" including spinal injuries tops the table.
