Democratic president means change for OSHA

Article Abstract:

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) gears for a transition as Clinton assumes office. Most of the changes will be in terms of leadership. Political appointees of the Bush administration are expected to be replaced. These are the assistant secretary, the political deputies and the director of policy. Officials outside of Washington such as the regional administrators and the area directors will retain their position. The changes will only be in terms of job positions since practically the same people are involved in the field of health and safety.
