Eat well: The 10 biggest mistakes parents make

Article Abstract:

The ways to bring the child to the table and the table effects, which affect the childs nutrition and the ways of avoiding most common mealtime missteps, are described. New research shows that parents play a great role in shaping their children's attitudes about food and putting pressure on kids to eat their veggies tends to backfire and allowing young kids to play with their food helps them enjoy it.
